You’re in the right place if You have Asked the Following Questions:
- Who will take care of me if I become incapacitated?
- Will the State take my home if I need long term care?
- Will I lose everything if I need to go into a nursing home?
- I don’t want to go through probate, is my Will enough?
- Do I really need to do any planning if I don’t have that much stuff?
- What’s the difference between a Will and a Trust and which one do I need?
We get these questions every day, and the best part is that we have the answers.
What do we do?
We provide peace of mind to our clients and their families. Many times, the information we give the clients surprises them because it’s not what they were really expecting and it didn’t cost quite as much as they thought.
Why us?
Why us? We take our duty as an attorneys giving client-centered advice VERY seriously. We will always start with the simplest and low cost option for our services to solve your problems. You the CLIENT then tell us that when that plan doesn’t work. We take this very seriously.
Why an Elder Law Attorney when there are so many attorneys out there? Are the issues really that different that any attorney could handle it? If you needed heart surgery, would your family doctor do the surgery? NO!!! People are very understanding of the need for specialists in medicine. It has taken some time to realize that the law has become just about as complex with aging issues becoming so complex. You have worked hard to accumulate what you have. You don’t want to lose it and you want to pass it on to whoever you want it to go to as simply as possible. You need an attorney that focuses just on those issues and has seen thousands of cases like yours. You need the Oklahoma Elder Law Group to help you at this time if you are a senior or you are concerned about a senior.
How We Got Together
Our Story. The three of us have been attorneys for decades. The three of us came together out of a need to help seniors and give the best advice possible. Todd has focused his entire legal career on Elder Law. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) and the only CELA in Tulsa and east of Oklahoma city. Todd was President from 2016 to 2018 of the National Elder Law Foundation, the certifying organization approved by the American Bar Association to certify Elder Law Attorneys. Blaine and Jorjana had very successful practices but decided to limit their practices from general practice or Estate Planning to just elder law. They met Todd at an Elder Law conference where he was speaking. The three of them “hit it off” and soon thereafter decided to make the partnership which is now Oklahoma Elder Law Group.
We would love to work with you and your family. You need the expertise that the Oklahoma Elder Law Group can bring to your situation. We offer free consults.
